Resort Employment

We are accepting applications for:

  • Full-time, Year Round, Cross-Functional Position

This person must be willing and able to work front desk, breakfast, housekeeping and in all areas of the resort. It requires a passion for people and providing outstanding customer service. You can help us provide an extraordinary experience for our guests and we can help you take the next step in your hospitality career. Prior experience in housekeeping or front desk is preferred. Enjoy the family atmosphere and ownership; stable, professional management and core of reliable long-term coworkers. This is a full time (32-40 hrs/wk), year round position with competitive wages, benefits and shared housing available. MUST work some night and weekend shifts.

Additional Information:

  • Must be able to work week days and week ends
  • 40 hours per week or more: Apr-Oct, 5-6 days per week
  • Min 32 hours per week: Nov - Mar, 5 days per week
  • Paid vacation and some holidays
  • SIMPLE IRA available

 

  • Seasonal Housekeeping Position (May thru October)

This is a full time (32-40 hrs/wk), seasonal position (May-October) with competitive wages, benefits and shared housing available. Prior Housekeeping experience preferred.

As a family owned and operated property, the Country House culture is naturally friendly, casual and considerate. Experience is helpful but not necessary. Flexible days and hours allow for time to enjoy all that Door County has to offer.

The primary resort season is May through October. Preference will be given to applicants available from June through at least weekends thru October. Employment for July and August only, is not available. We have limited onsite housing.

Employee privileges include use of resort facilities and amenities including pool, whirlpool, tennis court, dock and sun deck. Wages are excellent and include a year one end of season bonus.

For the safety and security of our guests and employees, all applicants will be required to sign a release allowing us to perform criminal or other background checks relevant to the position applied for.
