We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is amazing (look at the views!) And the landscaping/grounds keeping is immaculate, Everything is gorgeous. I think my husband got tired of me saying, “oh look how cute/pretty/etc” every 5 seconds.

The trail into town is so nice for those who enjoy a little hike and want to avoid driving everywhere, just be aware that it does get steep and the ground is uneven (as to be expected for a trail through the woods). Make sure you’re wearing good footwear on the trail and avoid going on it when it’s too dark. There were so many amenities and activities at the resort itself that we could have easily just stayed at the resort and had plenty to do without even going into town.

The staff was all very helpful and friendly too! The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I was surprised by how good the scrambled eggs were, and every day there was a different variety of fresh pastries/scones/cinnamon rolls. The pool and whirlpool were clean and they keep the temperatures perfect. Make sure to check on the temperature in the mini fridge. We accidentally froze our leftovers on the first day because the mini fridge was working a little TOO well and we had to turn it up (down? Whatever warmer is).

There were so many little additional perks that really put it over the top. Like the filtered drinking water by the pool, the makeup mirror and dual shower heads in the bathrooms, and the comfy robes. Would definitely book again!
